Educational Qualifications:
Librarian:
(1) A Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
(2) Qualifying in the National Eligibility Test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC.
(3) Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
Section Officer:
(1) Diploma certificate of minimum 06 months duration in Computer Application / Office Management / Secretarial Practice / Financial Management / Accounts or equivalent discipline.
(2) Relevant experience.
Senior Personal Assistant:
(1) A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
(2) At least 03 years working experience.
(3) Skill test norms: Dictation – 10 minutes at an average speed of 100 w.pm., Transcription – 40 minutes (English) or 55 minutes (Hindi) on computer.
(4) Computer Proficiency.
Senior Technical Assistant:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech engineering graduates in Computer Science / Computer Engineer / IT / Electronics / Electrical / ECE or equivalent discipline (OR)
(2) M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MCA with 01 year experience.
Senior Assistant:
(1) Degree or Post Graduate in any discipline.
(2) Computer Knowledge.
Assistant:
(1) A Graduate in any discipline.
Library Attendant:
(1) Minimum 10th class (Matric) Pass or equivalent examination.
(2) Certificate in Library Science / Library Information Science.
Application Fee:
₹ 500/- for UR/ OBC/ EWS category.
No application fee will be charged from applicants from SC, ST, PwBD category and Women applicants.
Selection Process: The selection on the basis of Written Test / Skill Test / Interview.
