Ex-Servicemen (Technician): ₹ 23000/- per month
Security Guard: ₹ 21000/- per month
Fireman: ₹ 21000/- per month
HAL Non Executive Eligibility Criteria
Ex-Servicemen (Technician): Diploma in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum working experience .
Security Guard: Ex-Servicemen with PUC/ Intermediate (OR) SSLC + Ex-Servicemen (Combatant) with 3 years experience (considered as equivalent to PUC/ Intermediate).
Fireman: Ex-Servicemen with PUC/Intermediate (OR) SSLC + Ex-Servicemen (Combatant) with 3 years experience (considered as equivalent to PUC/Intermediate) + Minimum three months basic Fire Fighting course certificate + Valid Heavy Vehicles Driving License.

HAL Non Executive Place of Posting
Selected Candidates will be posted at HAL Bangalore based Divisions. However, they are liable to be transferred / posted to any place in India where HAL has Divisions / Offices / Detachments / Customer Bases etc., based on HAL Organizational requirement.
HAL Non Executive Age Limit
Not above 28 years for UR / EWS as on 3st May 2024.

Diploma Technician: Minimum Basic Pay ₹ 25511/- (Total ₹ 48511/- per month)
