Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) invites applications from eligible professional / expert with rich professional experience as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on fixed remuneration basis for a period of 02 years (extendable as per IRFC requirement). Age Limit: (As on 30/07/2024)
For Chief Information Security Officer: Minimum 40 years and Maximum 57 years
For Chief Risk Officer: Maximum 63 years
Monthly Salary:
For Chief Information Security Officer: In range of ₹ 1.5 Lacs to ₹ 2 Lacs per month
For Chief Risk Officer: ₹ 1.5 – 2.5 Lac per month
Eligibility Criteria:
For Chief Information Security Officer:
(1) Full time Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in engineering disciplines preferably Electronics & Telecommunications/ Computer Science / Electronics & Electrical / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication or Master’s in Computer Application (MCA).
(2) Minimum 15 years of overall experience with at least 8 years experience in Information Security.
For Chief Risk Officer:
(1) Graduate in any discipline from recognized University with Professional Qualification of CA / ICWAI / MBA in Finance.
(2) Certified Banking Compliance Professional by IIBF is preferred.
(3) Minimum 10 years of experience in Bank or NBFC of Finance /Audit / Operations (including IT Operations) / Compliance / Legal/ Risk Management Functions. Out of which minimum 3 years experience should be in Risk Management functions.

(1) Graduate with professional qualification of CA/CMA From the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India / the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. (OR) MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration / Management with a minimum of 70% marks from a reputed university/ Institute.
(2) Minimum 23 years post qualification experience.
Deputy Manager:
(1) MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management. Post Graduate Degree in HR / Personnel Management with minimum 70% marks.
(2) Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager:
(1) Graduate with professional qualification of CA/CMA From the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India / the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
