38 years for Open Category Candidates.
43 years for Reserved Category including, SEBC, EWS & Orphan Candidates.

MAHATRANSCO AE Pay Scale
The selected candidate for Assistant Engineer (AE) will draw salary in the pay scale of ₹ 49210-2165- 60035-2280 -119315/-. The Monthly Gross Emoluments shall be ₹ 84,407/- per month.
MAHATRANSCO AE Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Engineer (Transmission): Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering/ Technology.
Assistant Engineer (Telecommunication): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Telecommunication (OR) Bachelor’s of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics & Telecommunication.

The Mahatransco AE Online Written Test will be held at Ahmednagar, Amravati, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Chandrapur, Dhule, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Latur, Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai/ Thane/ Greater Mumbai, Nagpur, Nanded, Nasik, Pune, Sangali, Satara, Solapur.
