SSC Examinations [Full List]:

SSC Selection Posts Examination:

  • Selects candidates for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ positions such as Lab Assistant/Attendant, Technician, Clerk, Store Keeper, Officer, and others.
  • The minimum eligibility for SSC Selection posts includes qualifications such as Matriculation, 10+2, Degree, and above.
  • Selection process includes a Computer-Based Mode Examination and Document Verification.
  • Notification is released annually in February-March.

SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL):

  • Recruits Group B and C officers for various posts in Ministries, Departments, and Government organizations.
  • The minimum eligibility for the SSC CGL Exam is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 
  • Selection process includes Computer-Based Examinations (Tier-I, Tier-II), Skill Test, and Document Verification.
  • Notification is released annually in June.

SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (SSC CHSL):

  • Aims to fill positions such as Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators (DEO), and Lower Divisional Clerks (LDC)/ Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA).
  • The minimum eligibility for the SSC CHSL Exam is a Higher Secondary Pass (10+2).
  • Selection based on Tier-I, Tier-II Examination, and Documents Verification.
  • Notification is released annually in April and May.

SSC Stenographer C & D (SSC Stenographer):

  • Recruits Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and Grade ‘D’ posts for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations.
  • The minimum eligibility for the SSC Steno Exam is passing the 12th standard (Matric with 12th class pass) or an equivalent examination.

SSC Multitasking Staff (SSC MTS):

SSC Junior Hindi Translator (SSC JHT):

  • Recruits Junior Hindi Translators (JHT), Junior Translators, and Senior Hindi Translators posts.
  • The minimum eligibility for the SSC JHT Exam is a Master’s Degree (Post Graduate) in Hindi with English as a subject, or vice versa, or any one elective subject along with another main subject.
  • Selection process includes Computer Based Examination (Paper-1), Descriptive Examination (Paper-2), and Documents Verification.
  • Notification is released annually in September.

SSC Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CAPFs and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF Examination (SSC SI):

  • Recruits candidates for Sub Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF.
  • The minimum qualification for the SSC SI posts is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
